Start your FIRE with IGNITION -The Introduction to Russian Kettlebell training! This is where the fun begins. Learn the basics. Learn the essential techniques to training with kettlebells safely and properly. A fun and challenging class designed to teach you cornerstone kettlebell movements.

COMBUSTION: (Intermediate)
Now that your fire is burning from your IGNITION class, explode to the next level with COMBUSTION! Continue your kettlebell journey where IGNITION leaves off. Add to your repertoire of kettlebell exercises and expand your program taking your fitness to the next level.

FLASHOVER: (Advanced)
Now that you are super-heated, learn new upper level techniques; learn how to take advanced movements and blend them into seamless new exercises, routines and challenging variations. Not for the faint of heart! Take your strength to the next level, Fierce Grip, Primal Pulling POWER, and Freaky LEG Strength. Put the finishing touches on your streamlined physique without adding useless bulk.

REKINDLE I
This class is designed to review and cement your understanding and practice of your newly acquired kettlebell exercises learned in the IGNITION class. Rekindle is also a good choice if you haven't picked up a bell in a while and you want to make sure your form is safe and good.

This class is designed to review and fine tune your newly acquired COMBUSTION level kettlebell exercises.

SPARK:
A little less intensity same fat burning blast, the perfect class for those just getting started with kettlebells.

INFERNO:
INCINERATE BODY FAT! A Scorching Kettlebell and bodyweight exercise mix designed to melt unwanted LBS. off your body. Define and strengthen muscle without adding useless bulk, Streamline your physique.

TACTICAL:
An aggressive mix of kettlebell and body weight exercises that focus on the dynamic development of strength and power that carry over into the real world. Develop functional strength you can use immediately (as soon as you recover from this smoker). Learn you how to get and use every ounce of strength & power your muscles are capable of producing. (We suggest you supplement this one with RESCUE)

SLOW BURN: Build Strength! A Kettlebell and bodyweight "grind" exercise mix focusing on strength building.

Give me your weary!! Mobilize joints and get your body moving again with this full body recovery practice that is like no other. Experience this unique set of movements that has the uncanny ability to improve your range of motion, remove the stiffness and pain from your joints and give your body the fluidity of movement you once knew. Work out the rust, dust, aches and pains. The perfect thing for those who have battered their bodies through hard living... (And, who hasn't?) Get moving!

A blistering abdominal & core workout sure to give you the POWER! Improve explosiveness, stability, balance and develop an IRON core that performs! Learn how to use kettlebells to fire up your abs. and bring out your inner six-pack.
